APP DOWNLOADS
Please find the “Downloads” section in the site Navigation at the top, select your device type, and you will be redirected to download the app for the device type you selected. Search “IPTV SMARTERS” on your TV to see if the app is available in your apps store.
Tivi Mate is also a great app to use on your tv, but is not available on mobile devices. To download tivimate, you may need to use the “downloader” app, and in the URL box on downloader, type:

The Tivi Mate App will be installed, select “Xtream Codes” and login using the details that are emailed to you when you subscribe.

Logging In
1) From the Home Screen, select “Login with Xtream Codes”
2) You should now be at the Login Screen.
3) In the first box, enter any name for your playlist
4) Enter Username, Password, and URL link that was sent to your e-mail when you subscribed to our service. Both are case sensitive, and the URL must match exactly as shown in the e-mail you received.
5) Click ADD USER
You should now be logged in. You will need to download the content for each section, and the programming guide (EPG) will load automatically, but may take a few minutes to fully generate.

What is IPTV?

Do I have to sign a contract?
No! As a customer of Peninsula IPTV, the decisions are always yours! Upgrade, Downgrade, or cancel anytime right from the client portal.

You can stream from our servers on almost any device, using any Xtream Codes player you wish. Use it on your Mac or Windows PC, iPhone, Android Phone, Android TV, Apple Tv, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast and most LG and Samsung TV’S
Is The App Hard To Use and Setup?
Not at all. you can follow the link to download the app at the very top of our website, or by using the site navigation at the top. This will also ensure you are using the correct APP. If you’ve used apps like Netflix to stream media, you won’t have any troubles. With the power of smart devices available today, we’re certain anyone can use the IPTV SMARTERS, or Tivi Mate app hassle free, too! Besides, we’re always here to help and make sure you are completely satisfied.
Does IPTV have a channel guide?
Absolutely! Just like you’re used to on traditional satellite tv, your IPTV subscription includes a full programming guide, so you’ll always know what’s on!
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, and use a secure 3rd party provider to process payments. This is the best way to pay, as service is activated as soon as your payment is approved. OR, If you wish to pay by e-transfer, please contact us to activate your service manually. Alternately, you can choose Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from your bank account.
How long does it take to get my login information?
You will receive your login details immediately. When you make an order from our website our system will confirm if your payment was approved or not, and your subscription details will be emailed to you by the system and ready to use. This is done automatically.
Can I use my subscription on all of my devices?
Yes, you can! We offer plans with up to 5 connections available. You only require additional connections if you plan to use the service on more than one device at the same time. In most cases, a single connection is fine. Don’t forget, your tv moves with you with IPTV.
Can I get a refund?
We are unable to offer a refund on any subscriptions where the payment has already been processed. We suggest trying it by the month until you are completely satisfied. We know you will be.
Do I need to use a VPN?
Using a VPN is not mandatory for the IPTV however if your ISP is limiting your bandwidth or you have another issue then you can use a VPN if you wish to.
My Login Credentials are Not Working
Both the Username, AND password provided to you by Peninsula IPTV are case sensitive. Make sure you are inputting them exactly as shown in the e-mail you received.
eg. username: Peninsula.IPTV
you must use a capital P on Peninsula, and IPTV must also be in CAPS. Please pay close attention to avoid any problems logging in.

How To Cancel Service
We would be sad to see you go, however, we realize these things happen.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, simply login to the Client Area, click Products/Services, and click Cancel Subscription.
As long as you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged and your service will terminate automatically at the end of the current billing period.
It’s really that simple.
